Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Lana Network by publishers who place our tag on their sites and by advertisers who buy traffic through us. By applying, placing a tag or running a campaign, you agree to them.

  1. 01The service

    Lana Network decides, for each eligible visitor, whether to show an advertisement from one of our campaigns. Visitors we do not buy are returned to the publisher's passback, typically their existing ad network.

  2. 02Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Publishers must operate legal adult websites that display an age policy, a 2257 compliance statement and a DMCA contact. We may refuse or end any account at our discretion.

  3. 03Publisher obligations

    Publishers place the tag as provided, do not modify it, and never generate artificial impressions or clicks, whether by bots, incentives, hidden placements or any other means.

    Publishers are responsible for the content of their sites and for complying with the laws that apply to them.

  4. 04Pricing and payment

    The price of each zone is agreed in writing before traffic starts, as a flat daily amount, a CPM or a CPC. Payouts are made weekly in USD to the method on file.

    Traffic identified as invalid is excluded from payable amounts. We may withhold, adjust or claw back amounts linked to invalid traffic, including after payment.

  5. 05Advertisers

    Advertisers must comply with our Advertiser policy. Spend is reported per site and per zone, with conversions received by server-to-server postback.

  6. 06Data

    We process limited technical data to serve and measure advertising and to prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy policy.

  7. 07Liability

    The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid or payable to you in the three months before the claim.

  8. 08Changes and termination

    We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they apply. Either party may stop working together at any time; amounts earned on valid traffic until then remain payable.
